Vermentino IGP Vitiano - Falesco

A Vermentino from a hilly band of Umbria, where temperate climate and clay-silt soils enhance the freshness and finesse of this Mediterranean grape. Made from Vermentino grapes, it balances aromatic intensity with palate softness. Vinification uses modern techniques with careful temperature control, preserving primary notes of white flowers and citrus, with mineral hints that add elegance and liveliness. Ageing takes place in steel to keep the purity of the aromas and a fresh, satisfying drink. It is straw yellow and pairs with fish, shellfish, vegetable starters and light Mediterranean cuisine.
