A Vermentino from Lunae, offering a fresh Mediterranean profile with a discreet, pleasant character for everyday use. The nose shows white flowers, aromatic herbs and a light presence of white-fleshed fruit. Freshness is balanced, the structure slender and the finish savoury and unobtrusive. Serve slightly chilled with seafood starters, delicate fish dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. It is intended to be drunk young, before the primary aromas change over time.
