Very Olde St. Nick Ancient Cask Curia is a bourbon bottled at 48.6% in a 75cl bottle, without added colouring and without chill-filtration.
It is drawn from casks that matured for many years in the warehouses of Kentucky distilleries.
The Very Olde St. Nick label goes back to the late 1980s. Marci Palatella, president of InterBev, began working with Julian Van Winkle III and released the first bottles under the name. From the start the aim was bourbon of unusual age, made especially for the Japanese market.
