A cask strength Kentucky bourbon from Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, released in 2026 and bottled unfiltered at 118.1 proof (59.05%) in a 75cl bottle. It comes from only 13 barrels.
The blend brings together three bourbons: a 19-year-old base, an 8-year-old wheated pot-distilled bourbon and a 10-year-old high-rye bourbon.
The nose is deep oak char, vanilla bean and caramelised brown sugar, with dried dark fruit, leather and tobacco leaf. The palate is rich caramel, baking spices and dark chocolate, and the finish is long and warming, with oak, black pepper and gentle heat.
