Very Olde St. Nick Immaculata Ancient Cask is the top bottling in the Very Olde St. Nick line, a bourbon brand created by Marci Palatella in 1986 and now owned by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. The 2026 release is a 13-barrel batch built around a 19-year-old Kentucky bourbon. It is joined by 8-year-old wheated pot-distilled bourbon made at Preservation, 10-year-old high-rye Kentucky bourbon and further traditional Kentucky barrels. It is bottled at cask strength, 118.2 proof, without chill filtration, in a numbered decanter of 750ml. Reviewers of the line describe dark fruit, black currant, cacao nibs, leather and clove, with raspberry jam and cherry on the nose, and honey, brown sugar, cocoa and tobacco on the palate.
