Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label Yinka Ilori Sun Totem Cooler Edition (75cl, 12%)

This is Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label, the house's Champagne built on Pinot Noir with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. It comes in a limited edition designed with the British-Nigerian artist Yinka Ilori, whose sun-inspired motifs decorate the Sun Totem box, which doubles as an insulated cooler. On the nose there is white peach, bright citrus, fresh brioche and delicate white flowers. The palate brings crisp green apple, ripe pear, lemon zest and toasted pastry, with fine, persistent bubbles. The finish is of medium length, fresh, with subtle mineral notes and balanced acidity.
