Veuve Clicquot Brut (75cl)

Veuve Clicquot Brut is a non-rosé champagne from the Reims house founded in 1772, blended from 50 to 60 different crus. Pinot Noir gives the structure typical of the house, Pinot Meunier adds roundness and Chardonnay brings elegance and delicacy. On the nose it shows ripe and dried fruit, followed by brioche, almonds and sweet spice. The palate is round and balanced, with measured acidity and a savoury edge, and the finish returns to a toasty note. It works as an aperitif or alongside fish and shellfish.
