La Grande Dame Rosé 2015 is a Brut Rosé Champagne from Veuve Clicquot, described by the house as one of the great prestige cuvées of the region. This edition is a collaboration with the Italian artist Paola Paronetto, whose case is made from 60% hemp, 20% cotton and 20% other plants and is FSC certified.
Its colour is a salmon pink with copper glints. The nose opens with flowers and moves to warmer notes of pepper, nutmeg and clove, alongside delicate red fruit, rose and violet.
The palate starts with a firm impact, then turns elegant and silky, complex and lively. The finish is pleasant and lasting.
