Veuve Clicquot Vintage Rich 2008 is a vintage Champagne from the house founded in Reims in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot. It is labelled Brut and comes in a 75cl bottle.
It carries a notable dosage, which suits it to inventive food pairings as well as to an aperitif.
The nose opens with white flowers, then pear and fresh apple, moving to warmer notes of yellow plum, peach and mango. The palate is soft and in keeping with the nose, harmonious, refined and silky, with a long finish.
