This is the 2015 Vintage Rosé from Veuve Clicquot, a 75cl bottle of rosé champagne and the house's 67th vintage champagne release.
The blend is led by Pinot Noir at 50%, from Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages, which gives the structure typical of the house. Chardonnay at 30% adds elegance and finesse, and Pinot Meunier makes up the remaining 20%.
The rosé colour comes from 13% red still wine, made solely from Pinot Noir grown in Bouzy.
