Vida Mezcal Blanco is a Mexican mezcal made at Del Maguey. It is handcrafted from 100% agave with nothing added.
It is distilled very slowly, twice, in small wood-fired copper stills. The nose carries fruit, honey and vanilla. On the palate come ginger, cinnamon, banana, mandarin and roasted agave. It suits cocktails well.
