A Brut sparkling wine from Vignerons de Mancey, made under the Crémant de Bourgogne appellation in Burgundy.
It is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Aligoté from selected plots, and it is aged for up to 24 months before release, a long time for a Crémant.
The style is pure, fresh and fairly slim, with some maturity and depth in the fruit, good balance between fruit and structure, and a dry, appetising finish.
