Vignon Les Vignes Goisses is a rosé Champagne from the 2020 vintage, made from ripe fruit and vinified without dosage. It is a Brut Nature, structured and direct, aiming for balance between intensity and tension.
The nose is clean and precise, with redcurrant and raspberry, a touch of citrus peel and a hint of chalk. It gains subtle fine spice with air.
The palate is taut, with fine bubbles and firm acidity. The finish is dry and lasting, with a discreet saltiness.
