Villa Cardea Alla Ruta Grappa (70cl, 40%)

An Italian grappa from Coop. Distillerie, made from selected grape pomace and ruta. It is distilled slowly to preserve the natural aromas of the grape and the herb. The nose shows intense, penetrating fresh herbal notes with softer, fruity notes typical of high-quality grappa. The palate is soft and enveloping, balancing alcohol warmth with the fresh vegetal character of ruta, leaving a clean sensation and light spice in the finish.
