Villa Cardea Bitter (1L, 25%)

An Italian bitter from Coop. Distillerie, presented in a 100cl bottle. It is made from a historic recipe using selected aromatic herbs, roots and spices. It has an intense ruby red colour and a balanced profile where traditional bitterness sits alongside red orange, gentian and cinchona notes. Sweetness and bitterness alternate on the palate, leaving a persistent and pleasantly stimulating finish. It can be used in cocktails such as Negroni or Americano, or served cold with a slice of orange.
