A Sangiovese di Romagna DOC from Villa Venti, from Particella 10 at Longiano, made under organic discipline.
It shows a medium ruby colour, with aromas of fresh red fruit, delicate floral notes and a herbaceous hint linked to the territory. On the palate it is harmonious, with present but smooth tannins and lively acidity; the finish is clean and persistent.
It suits local dishes such as ragù, light red meats, medium-aged cheeses, mushroom dishes and grilled vegetables. Serve at around 16-18 °C, opening the bottle a few minutes beforehand.
