Vin Santo Trentino DOC Giovanni Poli S. Massenza (37.5cl)

A Vin Santo from Giovanni Poli S. Massenza, made mainly from Nosiola grapes. The bunches are dried on racks in well-ventilated rooms until the following spring, then fermented in small wooden casks called caratelli, where the wine matures for several years. Amber with golden reflections, it shows intense notes of dried fruit such as figs and apricots, with hints of honey and vanilla. The palate is richly velvety, with a balanced combination of sweetness and freshness.
