Vino Spumante Blanc de Blancs Aquarius Valdo

A sparkling wine from Valdo made exclusively from white grapes. It has a pale colour with bright reflections. The nose opens with delicate white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear. On the palate a fine, persistent perlage highlights fresh, mineral qualities, with balanced acidity and a long, pleasantly citrus finish. It works as an aperitif or with light starters and fish dishes.
