Vino Spumante Rosé Brut Marca Oro

Marca Oro Rosé Brut is a young spumante from Valdo, made from Nerello Mascalese grapes grown at altitudes from 100 to 300 metres above sea level. The grapes are softly pressed without skin maceration, and the second fermentation takes place in autoclave for three months using the Charmat method. In the glass it shows a pink colour. On the nose there are fruity and floral notes, with wild berry nuances. The palate is lively and warm, yet soft, and it suits aperitifs, fish, shellfish, crustaceans and white meat dishes.
