Grown in selected vineyards, it offers a refined and enveloping sensory experience. In the glass it is bright straw yellow, with intense aromas of white flowers, apricot and peach, accompanied by elegant hints of sweet spices and honey.
The palate is enveloping, soft and velvety, with balanced volume and pleasant freshness. Ageing in steel preserves freshness and aromatic purity; it is suggested with delicate starters, fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
