A white wine from Folonari, made from Viognier under the Costa Toscana IGT. It is vivid straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose offers white-fleshed fruit and white flowers, with light notes of peach and apricot. The palate is soft and medium-bodied, with good fruit perception and a balance of acidity and savouriness. The alcohol is perceptible but integrated. It works as an aperitif and with seafood starters, fish dishes, delicate white meats, vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses. Best served at 10-12 C in wide glasses, and drunk young.
