Virgin 10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (1L, 50.5%)

Virgin 10 Year Old is a 10-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distillery under the Meadowlawn Distilling Co. label, in a 1 litre bottle at 101 proof (50.5%). It uses Heaven Hill's bourbon mashbill of approximately 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley, and has a full-bodied, dry, oak-forward structure. The nose shows toasted caramel, spiced vanilla and dark cherry, with hints of leather and charred oak. On the palate are molasses, cinnamon bark, roasted nuts and dry tobacco leaf. The finish is long, warming and dry, with lingering spice and earthy depth.
