Virgin 7 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon produced by Heaven Hill Distillery, aged for seven years. It is bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV) in a one-litre bottle. The mash bill is approximately 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye.
The nose offers vanilla, toasted oak and sweet corn. On the palate there is caramel, baking spice, charred oak and a touch of citrus zest. The finish is long, dry and oaky, with hints of dark chocolate and spice.
