This is a Virginia single malt from Virginia Distillery Co, part of its Blue Ridge range. It is aged for 4 years in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in virgin toasted oak barrels made from trees grown in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
The nose offers rich caramel, soft vanilla and freshly baked brioche. On the palate come bright citrus, apricot, honeyed walnuts, baking spice and toasted coconut.
