Courage & Conviction Cuvee Cask is an American single malt from Virginia Distillery Co, in a 75cl bottle. It is made from 100% malted barley and aged for six years in first-fill European red wine STR casks. The brand's late founder, Dr. George G. Moore, wanted to redefine American whisky, and his family carried that vision on. Virginia's hot summers and cool winters are said to let the whisky age faster than in Scotland. Aromas of dried cherries, raspberry and blood orange lead into toasted pecan, milk chocolate and ginger on the palate.
