Virginia Distillery Co. – The Brewer's Coalition Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout Single Malt Whisky

This is a limited edition American single malt from Virginia Distillery Co., influenced by Goose Island Bourbon County Stout. Twenty barrels were used for the release. The whisky was first aged for over five years in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in barrels that previously held the Goose Island stout. The nose brings brown sugar, coffee beans and honeycomb. On the palate these meet malty chocolate, a hint of citrus, cinnamon and hazelnuts.
