Virginia Distillery Co – The Brewer's Coalition Old Rasputin Stout Cask Finish Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

This is a limited edition American single malt from Virginia Distillery Co, in a 70cl bottle, made with North Coast Brewing Co. as part of The Brewer's Coalition. It is made from 100% malted barley and was aged for over five years in ex-bourbon barrels. It was then finished in barrels that had held North Coast Old Rasputin Stout. Just eight barrels were used for this release. The nose is almond kringle and honeycomb. On the palate, bright citrus zest gives way to dark chocolate and malty hops.
