Courage & Conviction Bourbon Cask is an American single malt from Virginia Distillery Co., made in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
It is distilled from 100% malted barley and aged for a minimum of three years in ex-Bourbon casks from Kentucky.
The nose shows vanilla bean, toffee, caramelised sugar, butterscotch, toasted oak and soft baking spice. The palate is warm and creamy, with subtle sweetness and balanced oak. The finish is smooth and slightly nutty, with dried fruit and gentle spice.
