Vite Colte Derthona Colli Tortonesi DOC Timorasso

A white wine from the Colli Tortonesi DOC, made from Timorasso and known also as Derthona. Vite Colte aims to highlight the aromatic precision of the grape without forcing it. The nose tends towards white-fleshed fruit, ripe citrus, and floral and mineral notes, remaining clean and direct. On the palate it is savoury, with lively acidity, a slight tannic sensation and balanced persistence. It suits both youthful drinking and more structured food pairings, including flavourful fish, shellfish, white meats and semi-hard cheeses. Serve at around 10-12 C.
