Vite Colte Spasso Piemonte Rosso Passito DOC (75cl)

Spasso is a red passito from Piedmont, made by the Vite Colte winery from Barbera grapes that dry naturally on the vine. The grapes become overripe on the plant. Vinification takes place in steel with long macerations of 15 to 18 days at 25°C, followed by malolactic fermentation and six months in barriques. The nose is broad and elegant, with ripe fruit and plum and blackcurrant jam. The palate is soft, balanced and intense, with clear notes of dried fruit.
