Vallerenza is a Brut sparkling wine from Vite Colte, made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Piedmont in the heart of the DOC zone. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The grapes are softly pressed and the must is kept at low temperature until the second fermentation, which takes place in tank at about 15°C. The wine then rests on its yeast for at least six months.
The nose is pronounced, with ripe fruit and floral notes. The palate is dry, soft, delicately fruity and well balanced. It suits an aperitif and fish dishes.
