A Vitovska IGT from Skerk.
It has a sober, well-balanced profile, with a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose brings fresh floral notes and white-fleshed fruit, with a discreet mineral accent. The palate is dry and vibrant, with acidity that is present but well integrated, supporting a slender structure and a slightly savoury final caress that prolongs the persistence.
It pairs with delicate seafood dishes, raw starters, light soups and fresh cheeses, and also works as an aperitif. Serve fresh, around 8-10 °C, in tulip glasses to bring out the aromas.
