Volcán De Mi Tierra Cristalino Tequila (70cl)

This is a cristalino tequila from Volcán De Mi Tierra, made entirely from blue agave grown in Los Valles. It blends reposado and añejo tequilas, and the casks behind it are just as mixed: American and European oak, with a period in ex-whisky and ex-cognac casks. The nose is rich, with tobacco, dried fruit, chocolate, vanilla and cooked agave. On the palate it is robust, with caramel, tobacco and dark chocolate, and it ends with a silky finish.
