Volcan de Mi Tierra X.A is an extra añejo tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, aged for up to three years in American oak barrels. It is made by blending reposado, añejo and extra añejo tequilas.
The long ageing gives it a deep mahogany colour. On the palate there are notes of dark chocolate, coffee and toasted oak. It is best enjoyed neat or over ice.
