A sparkling wine from Feudo Maccari, made in the Charmat method and finished Brut. It has lively, well-calibrated foam and an aromatic profile of fresh citrus, white flowers and light green apple notes. The palate is slender, with pleasant acidity that gives lift and keeps the fruit bright through the finish. Salinity accompanies a clean palate, leaving a sense of lightness and easy drinkability, while the bubbles add gentle creaminess. It works as an aperitif and with seafood starters, delicate raw fish, crustaceans and grilled fish. Serve cold and drink young.
