Vole' Rosè Spumante Charmat Brut - Feudo Maccari

Vole' Rosè Spumante Charmat Brut is a rosé sparkling wine from Feudo Maccari, made by the Charmat method and finished Brut. It shows a pale pink colour with lively, creamy perlage. Aromas of wild strawberry, rose petals and a light citrus note keep the profile fresh. On the palate it is slender and taut, driven by vibrant freshness and sapidity, with a clean, supported mousse and a sapid, pleasantly fragrant finish. Light-bodied with a soft centre and inviting persistence. Serve well chilled; it suits aperitifs, simple seafood dishes, tartare, summer salads, light white meats and fresh cheeses.
