Von Payne Black Blended Whiskey

Von Payne Black is a blended whiskey infused with natural black currant. The currant gives it a deep ruby red colour, with a touch of amber from ageing in barrel. It is meant to be drunk chilled, on its own or in mixed drinks. The nose is robust currant berry with brown sugar, oak and cinnamon. On the palate the berry comes first, slightly tart and sweet, with oaky tones and a long, warm finish. The body is light to medium, full on the palate and silky in texture.
