A Vouvray from Domaine Careme, made by the ancestral method with spontaneous fermentation using natural yeasts and a second fermentation in bottle for gentle natural effervescence. Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, it shows white flowers, green apple, pear and a flinty mineral note. Lively and crisp on the palate with well-integrated acidity, leading to a long, clean finish. Suited to an aperitif with seafood, sushi or buffalo mozzarella caprese.
