W.L. Weller 12 Year Old is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon, aged for 12 years and bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Its mash bill combines corn, malted barley and a high proportion of wheat, and the whisky has a deep amber colour.
The nose brings oak, sweet toffee and subtle spice. On the palate it is described as showing caramel, vanilla and a hint of dried fruits, leading to a warming finish.
