W.L. Weller Full Proof is a wheated bourbon from Buffalo Trace, bottled at 57% ABV, the same 114 proof at which it went into the barrel. It is not chill-filtered. Wheat takes the place of rye in the mash bill, which gives a softer, rounder character than a rye-forward bourbon. The nose offers vanilla, dark cherry and caramel. Toasted oak follows, and the long finish brings crème brûlée and chocolate.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
