Weller Millennium is a Kentucky bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery, created as a tribute to W.L. Weller at the turn of the millennium. Some of the first whiskeys distilled in the new millennium were set aside for it. It is bottled at 49.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It blends vintage straight bourbon and wheat whiskeys distilled in 2000, 2003, 2005 and 2006, and shows the influence of wheat on flavour. The wheat gives a smooth, sweet and approachable character.
