Waterford Bannow Island Edition 1.2 is an Irish single malt in a 70cl bottle. It is the second whisky distilled from barley grown by Ed Harpur on the south coast of County Wexford, where sandy soils and salty Atlantic wind shape the terroir. It belongs to Waterford Distillery's Single Farm Origin Series, a run of limited editions that each reflect the land where the barley was grown. Like the others in the series, it is bottled at 50%, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour.
