Waterford – Sheestown Edition 1.1 is an irish whiskey from Waterford. Bottled at 50% ABV, 70cl. One of the latest Single Farm Origin Bottlings to be produced by the much anticipated Waterford Distillery Introducing the concept of Terroir to Irish whisky the team in Waterford are developing the thought that the main ingredient of Irish Whisky, the Barley shapes the distinctive flavour profile of their whisky. Each individual farm that has supplied the distillery will feature in a distinct whisky that bears its name. Distilled in 2016 exclusively from Overture barley harvested from the Sheestown farm of Philip OBrien. A highly sought after First release from this exciting & Eccentric distillery.
