Watershed Distillery – Bottled in Bond 4 Year Old Straight Bourbon

This is a four-year-old straight bourbon from Watershed Distillery in Columbus, Ohio, bottled in bond. Watershed was founded in 2010 by friends Greg Lehman and Dave Rigo, who wanted to revive Ohio's distilling tradition after Prohibition. In 2012 it became the first distillery in the region to bring a legally distilled bourbon to market. It began with small batches of vodka and gin before adding bourbon and whisky, and since 2017 it has run a restaurant and bar on site.
