It has a cloudy golden colour. The aroma offers ripe banana and clove notes from the weizen yeast. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with fruity flavours, sweet malt and a slightly tart finish.
The foam is abundant, creamy and persistent, with moderate carbonation. It pairs with fish, seafood salads, grilled white meats or bratwurst.
