Weller Antique 107 Wheated Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 53.5%)

Weller Antique 107 is a full-bodied wheated bourbon, distilled at Buffalo Trace and bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV) in a 750ml bottle. It carries no age statement. The Weller name honours William Larue Weller, a 19th-century distiller credited with pioneering the wheated recipe, in which wheat takes the place of rye as the secondary grain. The nose is rich with caramel, vanilla and baking spice. On the palate, sweet wheat softness wraps around cinnamon, dark fruit and toasted oak, and the finish is long, warm and complex.
