Weller Millennium Bourbon Whiskey

Weller Millennium is a wheated bourbon from the W.L. Weller family. Its mash bill uses soft winter wheat in place of rye, and the whiskey is aged in new charred American oak. On the nose there is caramel, vanilla bean and sweet wheat, followed by honeycomb, toasted oak, dried apricot and a hint of baking spice. The palate is silky and full, with caramelised sugar, toffee, baked apple and warm spice. The finish is long and warm, with caramel, sweet oak, cinnamon and a touch of cocoa.
