West Cork Irish IPA Cask Finish is an Irish blended whiskey bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It matured first in first-fill ex-bourbon casks and was then finished in India pale ale beer casks. The beer finish gives it a pronounced hoppy note, which is the main feature of this bottling.
