West Cork Maritime Single Malt is an Irish single malt that pays tribute to Ger and Denis MacCarthy, the founders of the West Cork distillery. Their past as sailors shaped it, and the bottle's design recalls the glass fishing floats once used at sea.
The whisky is matured twice: first in first-fill bourbon casks, then in Sherry Bodegas Baron casks for a finish.
It is described as silky in texture, with a balance of sweetness and spice.
