Westland Beer Cask Finish is an American single malt in a 70cl bottle. It draws on the Pacific Northwest's tradition of craft brewing, with casks that held saison, stout, scotch ale and doppelbock.
The whisky is bright and crisp, with a malt-forward character. The nose has dried peach, honeydew melon, eggnog cake and cocoa powder, while the palate brings vanilla pastry cream, caramel sauce and lavender green tea.
